Returns & Refunds

We want you to be stoked with your HUHU gear. If something’s not right, here’s how returns work.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or washing cannot be returned

To start a return, please email shophuhu.co.nz@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return.

Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

Exchanges

  • We’re happy to offer size exchanges, subject to stock availability

  • Replacement items are sent once the original item has been received

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed once returned items are received and inspected

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Sale Items

  • Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund, unless faulty

Faulty Items

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact shophuhu.co.nz@gmail.com with your order number and photos, and we’ll sort it ASAP.
